Experience Requirements
5+ years in behavioral health, including program leadership or clinical supervision.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical or related field
- Active Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred
- Program compliance and accreditation experience
- Team leadership and outcomes reporting
