Relationship Partners connect Sacred Key with businesses, executives, and decision-makers. Relationship Partners originate and develop credible company relationships, identify real hiring or business needs, and may earn the client-side share of qualifying Sacred Key Direct placements, based on qualifying collected revenue.

How Partner Rewards Work
Half the value. Shared with the people who created it.
For qualifying Sacred Key Direct placements, 50% of qualifying collected placement revenue is allocated to the partner side of the transaction. A Talent Partner may earn the candidate-side share. A Relationship Partner may earn the client-side share. A Full-Cycle Partner who validly creates and materially supports both sides may earn the full partner share.

Partner rewards are based on qualifying collected revenue and governed by applicable written agreements, attribution records, client terms, and opportunity-specific conditions. Strategic Fulfillment Opportunities use their own opportunity-specific reward structure.

Full-Cycle Partner
One partner. Both sides of the value chain.
A Full-Cycle Partner who validly originates the client-side relationship and sources or materially supports the candidate-side placement may qualify for the full 50% partner share on a Sacred Key Direct placement.
Subject to valid attribution, collected revenue, and the applicable written agreement.
How Attribution Works
Sacred Key uses documented chronology, material contribution, client and candidate records, applicable partner terms, and the official system of record to determine attribution.
A name, résumé, lead, contact, or casual introduction alone does not automatically create compensation rights.
Value You Create Doesn’t Disappear Overnight.
Sacred Key recognizes the long-term value of relationships and documented contribution.
A partner may become inactive after 90 consecutive days without a qualifying submission, documented client introduction, active opportunity participation, or placement activity.
Qualifying revenue tied to validly attributed accounts, candidates, or placements established before inactivity may remain eligible for partner compensation for up to 12 months after the inactive date, subject to the applicable written agreement.
A partner may return to active status when Sacred Key accepts a new Qualifying Submission, documented client introduction, or other material opportunity activity.
