Specific services, compensation, fees, guarantees, placement terms, attribution rights, and partner obligations are governed by applicable written agreements where required.

2. No guarantee of employment or business results

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of:

• job placement
• interviews
• offers
• compensation
• recruiting success
• client acquisition
• business opportunities
• partner earnings
• revenue
• account growth
• placement rewards

Results depend on numerous factors outside Sacred Key’s control.

3. Independent partner opportunities

Talent Partners and Relationship Partners are not employees of Sacred Key solely because they participate in the Sacred Key Network.

Where applicable, participants operate under separate independent-contractor or business agreements.

Website content describing partner opportunities does not constitute an employment offer.

No salary, hourly compensation, guaranteed minimum earnings, employee benefits, or guaranteed work should be inferred unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

4. Talent partners

Talent Partners may identify and introduce qualified professionals for Sacred Key opportunities.

Talent Partners must:

• provide accurate information
• respect candidate confidentiality
• obtain appropriate permission before submitting candidate information
• avoid misrepresenting Sacred Key, its clients, or opportunities
• comply with applicable written agreements
• avoid making unauthorized promises regarding employment, compensation, placement, or hiring decisions

Submission of a candidate alone does not guarantee attribution, compensation, or placement.

Any Placement Reward is governed by the applicable written agreement.

5. Relationship partners

Relationship Partners may introduce or develop business relationships, employer opportunities, or strategic relationships.

The existence of a lead, contact, introduction, or discussion does not automatically create a right to compensation.

Any account attribution, recurring participation, commission, or compensation must be determined under the applicable written agreement.

6. Hiring partners

Employers and Hiring Partners remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hiring Partners are responsible for:

• determining candidate suitability
• conducting interviews
• verifying credentials
• conducting background checks
• verifying employment eligibility
• determining compensation
• determining benefits
• making hiring decisions
• complying with applicable employment laws

Sacred Key does not make employment decisions on behalf of employers unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Opportunities

Job opportunities and business opportunities displayed on the website may change, expire, close, or be withdrawn at any time.

Sacred Key does not guarantee that any opportunity remains available merely because it appears on the website.

Compensation ranges, work arrangements, qualifications, and other opportunity details are based on information available at the time of publication and may be modified by the applicable employer or Hiring Partner.

8. The keyway™

The Keyway™ is Sacred Key’s Career Placement & Advancement Program.

Participation does not guarantee employment or placement.

Services may include career positioning, opportunity targeting, application support, interview guidance, employer communication, offer navigation, or placement coordination.

Where applicable, technology placement support may be provided in collaboration with approved strategic partners.

Any applicable success-based fee, payment obligation, program term, or placement obligation is governed exclusively by the participant’s written agreement.

18. Governing law

These Terms should be governed by the law and venue selected by Sacred Key in its final attorney-reviewed legal documents.
